Order Confirmation & Payment Policy

Please be advised that your order and delivery will

only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

We accept payments via cash, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

For small orders, cancellations made at least 5 days

prior to your event will receive a full refund.

For wedding orders, cancellations made at least 90 days

before the event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made after these timeframes are non-refundable.
