Order Monday to Wednesday, and I bake on Thursday for collection or delivery that Friday.

Filled with Thai tea custard and Italian buttercream. Brewed strong and spiced, the way it's served on the streets of Bangkok. A piped message can be added.
Filled with coconut meat custard and Italian buttercream. Soft, fragrant and gently sweet. A piped message can be added in any colour except white.
Filled with chocolate custard and chocolate Italian buttercream. Deep cocoa and a moist crumb — the recipe closest to my heart. A piped message can be added. If cherries aren’t in season, the fruit will be strawberry or blackberry.
My cakes are not allergen-free or gluten-free. Everything is baked with shared equipment, so wheat, dairy, eggs and nuts are always present and cross-contact can't be ruled out.
